My Hero Kiro is a print-on-demand platform that allows users to create personalized products using AI-generated images. The Service includes:

  • AI image generation capabilities
  • Product customization tools
  • Print-on-demand ordering and fulfillment
  • User account management

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using one of the following methods:

  • Google OAuth authentication
  • Apple Sign In authentication
  • Email with magic link authentication

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and current information

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including AI-generated images and customized products. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Share your content with our print-on-demand partners for order fulfillment
  • Display your content in your account and order history

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not create or order products containing:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights
  • Misleading or fraudulent content

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected during checkout. Prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs as calculated at checkout.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

5.3 Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Production and shipping times vary by product and destination.

6. Credits System

The Service uses a credits system for AI image generation:

  • Credits are purchased through the Service
  • Credits are consumed when generating AI images
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Unused credits do not expire

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Hero Kiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Non-payment of fees

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
